The 7% fee for external wine exits covers valuation, pricing strategy, buyer outreach, negotiation, settlement, and any LCB movements.

Example: if you transferred £100k of external wines and sold £50k to reinvest, that portion would incur a 2% fee. Selling the remaining £50k to exit would incur a 7% fee.
